- Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.

- Conduct remote diagnostics to identify and resolve technical problems, guiding customers through step-by-step instructions as needed.

- Offer product recommendations and technical guidance to customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

- Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes, tools, and resources.


- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.

- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software, including operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), network protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think quickly on your feet.

- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for helping others.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, while maintaining attention to detail.
